Medical Aesthetician

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Medical Aesthetician to join our team. In this role, you will perform Laser and IPL procedures and assist in Medical Aesthetics procedures performed by other team members. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining a clean and sanitized work environment, and staying up-to-date on the latest trends in beauty treatments and techniques.

Responsibilities:

Perform Laser and IPL procedures and assist in Medical Aesthetics procedures. Maintain a clean and sanitized work environment to ensure client safety and comfort. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate treatments and products. Upsell products and services based on client preferences and skin types. Conduct product demonstrations to educate clients about skincare routines and product benefits. Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring a welcoming atmosphere and addressing any client concerns promptly. Stay updated on the latest trends in beauty treatments and techniques to enhance service offerings.

Qualifications:

Valid aesthetician license or certification as required by state regulations. Proven experience in providing aesthetic services. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on hospitality. Ability to sanitize tools and maintain hygiene standards consistently. Knowledge of upselling techniques and product demonstrations is preferred. Passion for the beauty industry with a commitment to ongoing professional development.
