MEDICAL ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE U.S.A
Inspired by life and the concept of a new science at the frontier between cosmetics and medicine, NAOS is developing its activities in the fields of beauty, health and well-being through its three brands: Bioderma, Institut Esthederm and Etat Pur. Present in 90 countries, the company designs and manufactures its products in Aix-en-Provence (France). Our subsidiary, NAOS North America (Canada/US) is looking for a U.S Medical Account Executive based out of Canada (Mtl or Toronto).
MISSIONS Reporting to the Sales Director USA , your primary responsibilities will be:
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT :
  • Achieve and/or exceed USA sales objectives and goals.
  • Build strong professional relationships, establish credibility and rapport with customers.
  • Compile data on prospective customers for use as sales leads, based on information from business directories, industry ads, congresses, and other sources.
  • Maintain accurate, current data on each customer including practice/office demographics, staff, call and sales history.
  • Develop and maintain extensive knowledge of product line through reading/analyzing clinical articles, promotional material, technical literature, and attending company sponsored training/meetings.
  • Clearly understand and embrace key product branding strategies and effectively implement them throughout selling process utilizing company developed materials.

MEDICAL SALES MANAGEMENT :
  • Generate brand awareness and brand prescriptions within the targeted medical communities.
  • Regular e-visits to our customers in order to generate prescription &, increase our data-list.
  • Organisation of B2B brand presentation webinar
    • Provide samples and trade size products to HCP and major healthcare centers of the territory (dermbox).


PR & MARKETING ACTIVITIES :
  • Plan and execute different types of PR activities with Key opinion leaders, patient associations, dermatologists and GP pools to build strong partnership.
  • Develop a close relationship with the KOLs of the territory.
  • Organize and participate in major scientific events & congress on the territory.
  • B2B Promotional tools development.
  • Identify high potential HCP to develop them as speakers for the company.
  • B2B newsletter creation according to strategy Activation, launches, Congresses, etc
  • B2B website content creation. Post, Article, Launch, clinical study, etc
  • Propose Medical Marketing activities and their measurable objectives, being in line with the global and regional strategies.
  • In charge of the development of the annual medical marketing plan
  • Together with other Marketing functions (Digital, POS, Consumer & Events) investigate synergizing cross-category campaigns to maximize the ROI

OTHER ATIVITIES :
  • Monitor competition by gathering information on new launches, healthcare professionals\xe2\x80\x99 feedbacks.
  • Provide competitive intelligence feedback to the hierarchy.

CANDIDATE PROFILE :
Academic background, experience, competencies required to succeed on this job:

EXPERIENCE
  • Well acquainted by the principles of medical visits
  • Experience in the medical/pharmaceutical industry and/or any related industry (2 to 5 years)
  • Experience in digital marketing will a plus
  • Experience in dermo cosmetics will be an advantage
  • Experience with databases, statistics, product lines
  • Experience with dermatologists, Pediatrics, GP doctors will be an advantage

EDUCATION
  • Bachelor degree in any significant field: Marketing, biochemistry, biology, science, etc\xe2\x80\xa6
  • Any other diploma, degree or master related to Business Administration will be an advantage
  • Any pharma industry professional certification will be an advantage

BUSINESS TRAVELS
  • Should be legally authorised to travel across north-america
  • Average of 1 travel per month

MISSIONS
D\xc3\x89VELOPPEMENT DES AFFAIRES :
  • Atteindre et/ou d\xc3\xa9passer les objectifs de vente aux \xc3\x89tats-Unis.
  • \xc3\x89tablir de solides relations professionnelles, \xc3\xa9tablir la cr\xc3\xa9dibilit\xc3\xa9 et \xc3\xa9tablir des relations avec les clients.
  • Compiler des donn\xc3\xa9es sur des clients potentiels \xc3\xa0 utiliser comme pistes de vente, sur la base d\'informations provenant d\'annuaires d\'entreprises, d\'annonces du secteur, de congr\xc3\xa8s et d\'autres sources.
  • Maintenir des donn\xc3\xa9es exactes et \xc3\xa0 jour sur chaque client, y compris les donn\xc3\xa9es d\xc3\xa9mographiques du cabinet/bureau, le personnel, l\'historique des appels et des ventes.
  • D\xc3\xa9velopper et maintenir une connaissance approfondie de la gamme de produits en lisant/analysant des articles cliniques, du mat\xc3\xa9riel promotionnel, de la litt\xc3\xa9rature technique et en assistant \xc3\xa0 des formations/r\xc3\xa9unions parrain\xc3\xa9es par l\'entreprise.
  • Comprendre clairement et adopter les principales strat\xc3\xa9gies de marque de produit et les mettre en \xc5\x93uvre efficacement tout au long du processus de vente en utilisant les mat\xc3\xa9riaux d\xc3\xa9velopp\xc3\xa9s par l\'entreprise.

GESTION DES VENTES MEDICALES :
  • D\xc3\xa9velopper la notori\xc3\xa9t\xc3\xa9 de la marque et les prescriptions de la marque au sein des communaut\xc3\xa9s m\xc3\xa9dicales cibl\xc3\xa9es.
  • Visites virtuelles r\xc3\xa9guli\xc3\xa8res chez nos clients afin de g\xc3\xa9n\xc3\xa9rer des prescriptions et d\'augmenter notre liste de donn\xc3\xa9es.
  • Organisation d\'un webinaire de pr\xc3\xa9sentation de marque B2B
  • Fournir des \xc3\xa9chantillons et des produits de taille commerciale aux HCP et aux principaux centres de sant\xc3\xa9 du territoire (dermbox).

ACTIVITES PR & MARKETING :
  • Planifier et ex\xc3\xa9cuter diff\xc3\xa9rents types d\'activit\xc3\xa9s de relations publiques avec des leaders d\'opinion cl\xc3\xa9s, des associations de patients, des dermatologues et des pools de m\xc3\xa9decins g\xc3\xa9n\xc3\xa9ralistes pour \xc3\xa9tablir un partenariat solide.
  • D\xc3\xa9velopper une relation \xc3\xa9troite avec les KOL du territoire.
  • Organiser et participer aux grands \xc3\xa9v\xc3\xa9nements scientifiques & congr\xc3\xa8s sur le territoire.
  • D\xc3\xa9veloppement d\'outils promotionnels B2B.
  • Identifier les HCP \xc3\xa0 haut potentiel pour les d\xc3\xa9velopper en tant qu\'intervenants pour l\'entreprise.
  • Cr\xc3\xa9ation de newsletter B2B selon la strat\xc3\xa9gie Activation, lancements, Congr\xc3\xa8s, etc.
  • Cr\xc3\xa9ation de contenu de site Web B2B. Publication, article, lancement, \xc3\xa9tude clinique, etc.
  • Proposer des activit\xc3\xa9s de marketing m\xc3\xa9dical et leurs objectifs mesurables, en ligne avec les strat\xc3\xa9gies globales et r\xc3\xa9gionales.
