THE OPPORTUNITY

OHMGI is looking for a multi-media savvy Sales Representative for OUR HOMES London, Ontario. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated Multi-Media Advertising Sales Representatives to join our organization. Our Advertising Sales Representative will sell primarily print and digital ad campaigns to local small-and-medium sized businesses, while achieving aggressive revenue targets. Experience selling across multiple media platforms is strongly recommended.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Responsible for ongoing sales with both new and existing clients Prospect for new accounts, source leads, cold call and research to generate sales Create proposals for prospective advertisers Attain or surpass sales targets Address client concerns in a timely and professional manner Ability to present a variety of opportunities to all clients, and to support all special initiatives Daily sales updates into company CRM

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Entrepreneurial mindset Previous experience in print ad and/or digital media sales Superior customer service skills, creativity, and an ability to be resourceful, expedient and work to deadline Ability to build and develop effective relationships within our team and with clients Positive attitude, flexible nature and excellent communication skills Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task Ability to work in a fast-paced, dead-line driven environment, with strong attention to detail A proven history of achieving and surpassing sales targets, and unprecedented drive for results Degree or diploma in marketing/ advertising, or equivalent work experience plus a good understanding of online and social media Access to reliable vehicle
