Schedule
  • Fixed schedule Monday to Friday, 9am to 5:30pm
  • Hybrid set, in office need basis
Location
  • Candidates are advised to be within travel distance from our primary location Yonge & Eglinton.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree
  • A minimum of 3 years\' experience in either ad agency or media buying roles
  • Profound understanding of the TV, CTV, and DOOH advertising industry, encompassing industry players, emerging trends, and technological advancements
  • Exceptional communication and organizational proficiencies, underscored by a track record of achieving high client satisfaction
  • Inherent drive for excellence, coupled with a robust work ethic and proactive initiative
  • Resourcefulness, reliability, and adeptness in managing concurrent priorities effectively
  • Capable of working autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team-oriented environment
  • Outstanding presentation skills
  • Demonstrates acute communication, steadfast follow-through, meticulous attention to detail, and adept problem-solving aptitude
  • Skilled at nurturing and maintaining relationships with client contacts spanning various organizational levels
Responsibilities
  • Proven experience in the management of advertising campaigns, including display media buying or selling.
  • Proficiency in overseeing CTV, TV, or DOOH advertising campaigns.
  • Demonstrated skill in constructing effective media plans.
  • Capability to develop campaigns and perform thorough performance analyses.
  • Established track record of successfully managing advertising budgets to attain ROI objectives.
  • Comprehensive understanding of web conversion metrics and measurements (CPM, CTR, CPC, CPI, CPA, etc.).
  • Familiarity with upper funnel advertising channels.
  • Expertise in formulating, executing, and optimizing digital media campaigns in alignment with business objectives.
  • Proficient in research, data analysis, and generating insights for informed media planning and purchasing decisions.
  • Vigilantly monitor, track, and furnish reports on campaign performance, accompanied by actionable recommendations for enhancement.
  • Collaborate harmoniously with cross-functional teams, encompassing creative, analytics, and sales, to ensure the triumph of campaigns.
  • Continuously stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and prime practices within the realm of digital media buying.
