  • Responsible for the day to day running/implementation of campaigns, with a focus on reporting insights and optimization
  • Analyzing campaign performance and gauging the strength of new opportunities
  • A firm understanding of marketing objectives and strategies, the human -product relationship, and human-media relationship
  • Mastering various media and research related tools to turn data into actionable insights -(such as DOMO, Vivadata, Comscore, Numerator, COMB Navigator, and MMM\'s).
  • Own the overall billing process - responsible for verifying all data inputs and ensuring billing is accurate
  • Build and maintain Blocking charts, media plan authorizations, and trafficking sheets\xe2\x80\xa2 Present plans to the client brand group, with assistance of Supervisor/Manager
  • Understand the client\'s and product\'s business and competitive landscape\xe2\x80\xa2 Mentoring performance media coordinators
  • Active participation in account status meetings, both internal and external
  • Develop/ assist with development of POVs
Qualifications
  • Bachelor\'s degree or college diploma with a concentration in advertising, marketing, business administration, communications or related area
  • 1-3 years experience planning online and offline media channels with emphasis on digital and performance media
  • Foundational understanding of online video, programmatic, social media
  • Understanding of acquisition strategic planning and execution
  • Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and presentation
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with competing deadlines\xe2\x80\xa2 Strong organizational and problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Demonstrated experience in negotiating
  • Demonstrated proficiency in project management skills
  • Demonstrated quantitative and analytical skills with the ability to embrace a role that requires a mix of art and science
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and working knowledge other campaign management processes and tools - Prisma, DDS, Mediatools, Ad Ops, etc.
  • Able to work well alongside a team, handling high volume workload, and meeting tight deadlines under pressure
  • Experience working in the Financial category
