Groupe Marcelle is currently looking for a Media Manager for a permanent full-time position.
As Media Manager - Digital Channels & Strategy, you will play a key role in shaping and executing Groupe Marcelle's digital media strategy across paid, owned, and earned channels. You will lead media planning, buying, and performance optimization to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion across our portfolio.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE
Develop and execute integrated media strategies across digital platforms across paid, owned and earned media channels including social, display, video, search, programmatic, etc.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations
Develop, monitor, and optimize SEO strategies and campaigns to enhance organic visibility and support long-term growth objective
Own media budget planning, allocation, and reporting
Support cross-functional initiatives including influencer marketing, CRM, and content amplification
Collaborate with brand, e-commerce, and creative teams to align media plans with campaign objectives and product launches
Manage & evaluate external vendors and technology partners
Stay ahead of digital trends, tools, and innovations to continuously improve media effectiveness
Develop and execute strategic eCommerce plans aligned with annual sales objectives
Develop and maintain a long-term digital media roadmap, including exploration of emerging platforms and technologies
WE WOULD LIKE TO MEET YOU IF YOU HAVE
Five (5) years of proven experience in media planning and buying, ideally in the beauty, retail, or consumer goods sector
Strong understanding of digital media channels and platforms (Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, YouTube, programmatic, etc.)
Analytical mindset with experience in campaign performance tracking and reporting (Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, etc.)
Excellent project management and stakeholder communication skills
Experience working with media agencies and/or in-house media teams
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or related field
