Ce role de directeur/rice des comptes de groupe (GAD), Conception des communications, est charge de formuler des recommandations strategiques et integrees en matiere de communication mediatique pour un groupe diversifie de clients, ainsi que de diriger et d'inspirer une equipe de professionnels de la planification. Vous devez penser strategiquement et travailler en collaboration pour creer des recommandations qui permettent d'atteindre les objectifs strategiques et les objectifs commerciaux du client.



Ce role vous oblige a travailler au sein d'une equipe de planification media integree pour vous assurer que le produit est fonde sur des connaissances et une experience, ce qui se traduit par des executions mediatiques sans faille.



Responsabilites:




Diriger une reflexion strategique a 360 degres pour l'ensemble du produit media, en encourageant les executions qui donnent des resultats exceptionnels. Veiller a ce que les objectifs cles du client soient atteints ; Participation active aux reunions de planification des activites des clients. Cultiver et renforcer les relations avec les clients, les agences et les partenaires medias au niveau de la direction. Diriger et developper une relation directe avec le client pour devenir un partenaire strategique avec une comprehension approfondie de son entreprise. Offrir des presentations inspirantes, motivantes et persuasives qui donnent vie a des idees creatives. Rechercher des opportunites de croissance organique et participer au besoin a de nouvelles presentations commerciales. Maintenir les relations avec l'industrie, participer a des comites et organisations ; Se tenir au courant des enjeux, des developpements et des nouvelles opportunites mediatiques. Rechercher de maniere proactive des occasions d'ameliorer les processus, les methodes, les systemes et/ou les services afin de mieux servir le client et l'agence. Diriger et encadrer une equipe de professionnels des medias. Communiquez efficacement les objectifs de l'agence, gerez les charges de travail, fournissez des commentaires continus sur les performances, soutenez les objectifs de developpement professionnel et inspirez d'excellents resultats. Produire et gerer des facturations et des projections precises. Agir en tant que leader d'opinion - informer de maniere proactive les clients et identifier les opportunites appropriees. Favoriser la collaboration et la communication entre les unites commerciales specialisees (SBU) et les groupes de pairs pour inspirer un travail de qualite. Donner l'exemple et jouer un role actif dans la culture de notre organisation. Assurer la realisation par rapport au mandat decrit dans la portee des travaux. S'assurer que tous les plans medias repondent aux objectifs du client avec une documentation entierement etayee, et qu'ils adherent aux valeurs et aux philosophies de l'agence.

Qualifications:




Une formation professionnelle ou educative en Marketing et/ou en Publicite donnerait un effet de levier a cette application. Experience de direction dans les medias, la publicite, la marque ou la strategie/planification marketing. Experience en developpement de relations d'affaires positives et continues, accent sur le service a la clientele. Experience anterieure de la gestion d'un portefeuille de clients ou de la propriete totale d'un grand compte complexe avec plusieurs secteurs d'activite. Experience averee de la realisation de presentations inspirantes et persuasives. Oriente vers les solutions et aborde les obstacles avec creativite et determination. Capacite a gerer la complexite entre plusieurs groupes, clients et partenaires interagences. Participer activement au developpement des capacites des subordonnes directs et etablir les priorites et deleguer le travail en consequence. Capacite a etablir et a entretenir des relations et des partenariats solides a l'interne et a l'externe. Capacite demontree a appliquer efficacement les connaissances et les idees acquises grace aux ressources de recherche et de reportage a la planification des medias. La curiosite, l'agilite d'apprentissage, la passion du developpement continu. Excellentes competences en communication (ecrite et verbale). Penseur independant avec des competences organisationnelles tres developpees et une grande attention aux details et a la precision. Comprehension avancee des outils de recherche sur les medias (p. ex. Clear Decisions, Vividata, Neilson) et des logiciels mediatiques (p. ex. Prisma). Maitrise de la suite Microsoft Office (Word, Excel et PowerPoint).

Responsibilities:




Lead 360 degree strategic thinking for overall media product, encouraging executions that deliver exceptional results. Ownership and responsibility for ensuring key client objectives met; active participation in client business planning meetings. Cultivate and strengthen client, agency, and media partner relationships at the senior level. Lead and develop a direct relationship with the client to become a strategic partner with an in-depth understanding of their business. Deliver inspiring, motivating, and persuasive presentations which bring creative ideas to life. Pursue organic growth opportunities and participate as required in new business presentations. Maintain industry relationships, participate on committees and organizations; keep abreast of issues and developments and new media opportunities. Proactively seek opportunities to improve processes, methods, systems and/or services to better serve the client and agency. Lead and mentor a team of media professionals. Effectively communicate agency goals, manage workloads, provide ongoing performance feedback, support professional development goals, and inspire great results. Produce and manage accurate billings and projections. Act as a thought leader - proactively bring forward client education and identify opportunities as appropriate. Drive collaboration and communication across Specialist Business Units (SBUs) and peer groups to inspire great work. Lead by example and play an active role in cultivating the culture of our organization. Ensure delivery against mandate outlined in scope of work. Ensure that all media plans meet client objectives with fully supported documentation, and that they adhere to the agency's values and philosophies.
