Media Director

Remote, CA, Canada

Job Description

Remote - U.S. & Canada Only | Full-Time | $100,000-$125,000 USD

We're Not Hiring a Manager.

We're Hiring a Paid Media Leader Who Shapes Strategy, Growth, and Impact.

Level Agency -- now strengthened by our recent acquisition of BAM Strategy, a digital experience and loyalty leader -- is hiring a

Media Director

to lead, elevate, and accelerate media strategy for top-tier clients across performance and lifecycle disciplines. This is a rare opportunity to lead a high-performing team, define cutting-edge paid media strategies, and help brands win in an increasingly complex digital ecosystem.

If you thrive on data, love turning insight into action, and get energized by coaching teams to do their best work -- this is your moment.

This Isn't for Everyone

We're building something rare: a place where growth, truth, and performance go hand-in-hand.

You'll thrive here if:

? You lead teams with clarity, empathy, and accountability

? You transform data into compelling strategy and measurable outcomes

? You love pioneering new ways media works across platforms and channels

? You champion experimentation, optimization, and performance storytelling

? You embrace AI as a multiplier for speed, insight, and innovation

And you'll struggle here if:

? You wait for direction instead of owning outcomes

? You treat innovation or data as optional

? You avoid direct client communication or accountability

? You don't enjoy coaching or developing others
