JOB DESCRIPTION Media Co-Ordinator The Bousquet Realty team is expanding! We are currently seeking a motivated, adaptable & determined person for this newly developed marketing position. The Media Co-Ordinator will work with our marketing team and agents on a variety of campaigns and projects. We are continuously looking to increase the quality and the quantity of content released to our followers, supporters and most importantly clients. At Bousquet Realty we really believe in a strong sense of the word team, from working with all departments, a variety of agents and clients, travelling across Manitoulin Island and creating a welcoming and helpful environment. The media coordinator is an essential asset to our team and will be trusted to create content with the brokerage\xe2\x80\x99s vision in mind along with their own unique talent. As part of the marketing team, you will be accountable for campaign planning, social media posting, and creating effective content for the right markets. An interest in Manitoulin Island and knowledge of the real estate industry are required. Essential to the enjoyment of this role is the ability to do credible research and create reliable analytics. A proven ability to maintain schedules, manage timelines and meet deadlines is vital to the success of the candidate. This position is based in the Little Current office and will require travel. Position: Media Coordinator 1 Year Contract to start - Full Time, 37.5 hours per week - $20/hour Responsibilities:
  • Utilize listing software & hardware for virtual tours and professional photos
  • Create videography & drone content
  • Campaign development, advertisements & promotional content
  • Event coordination & promotion
  • Develop media tool kits
  • Research marketing trends and industry updates
Qualifications:
  • Advanced social media knowledge and proficient in business management (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Youtube)
  • Must have a driver\'s license and access to reliable transportation
  • Must be able to lift minimum 60 pounds
  • Strong time-management skills and ability to adapt to varying situations
  • Creative and innovative design skill set
  • Competent in all Microsoft programs with proficiency in Excel and Powerpoint
  • Proficient in Canva and/or other content creation software
  • Proficient in video editing and creating reels
