Key Responsibilities:
Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across
Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and TikTok Ads Manager
.
Monitor daily performance metrics (ROAS, CTR, CPM, CPA) and optimize toward efficiency.
Implement A/B testing frameworks for ad creatives, copy, and landing pages.
Collaborate with creative and marketing teams on asset development and audience strategy.
Maintain detailed reporting dashboards and present performance updates to leadership.
Stay up-to-date on platform trends, algorithm changes, and emerging ad formats.
Qualifications:
2-4+ years of hands-on paid media experience for
DTC or e-commerce brands
.
Proven success managing campaigns with budgets across multiple ad platforms.
Proficient with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and TikTok Ads.
Working knowledge of Shopify, GA4, and tracking tools (UTMs, Pixel setup, etc.).
Analytical, creative, and proactive with strong communication skills.
