Leveraging your expertise in digital advertising, data analysis, and campaign optimization, you will drive targeted traffic, maximize conversions, and achieve our clients\' marketing objectives.Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic advertising campaigns on Facebook and Instagram, from planning and targeting to execution and optimization.
• Conduct thorough audience research and utilize data insights to identify target demographics, behaviors, and interests.
• Create compelling ad creatives, copy, and landing pages that resonate with target audiences and drive engagement.
• Design and optimize sales funnels to maximize conversion rates and enhance the customer journey.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and iterate on strategies to continuously improve campaign ROI and effectiveness.
• Manage advertising budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation and performance across campaigns.
• Stay updated on industry trends, platform changes, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge and drive innovation.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams, including graphic designers, copywriters, and account managers, to deliver integrated and cohesive campaigns.
• Provide regular reports and insights to clients, communicating campaign performance and recommendations for optimization.
• Stay abreast of Facebook\'s advertising policies and ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Facebook Media Buyer or similar role, with a strong track record of successfully managing advertising campaigns.
• In-depth knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager, Power Editor, and other advertising tools and platforms.
• Experience with designing and optimizing sales funnels to maximize conversion rates.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in interpreting campaign data to drive actionable insights and optimizations.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Creative mindset with a passion for digital marketing and staying ahead of industry trends.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively, managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Experience with A/B testing methodologies and conversion rate optimization techniques is a plus.
• Certifications such as Facebook Blueprint or Google Ads certifications are desirable.
