Reporting into the Ad Ops Manager and coordinating across multiple teams you will be responsible for the day-to-day digital advertising operations of multiple clients. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include trafficking campaigns and monitoring them to ensure they run smoothly, ensuring that budgets are fully spent while meeting client KPIs.
Responsibilities:
Traffic, optimize, and QA campaigns across multiple media buying platforms (Meta, TikTok, DV360, etc.)
Proactively monitor, analyze, and optimize advertising performance
Collaborate closely with account managers, creative teams, and external vendors to ensure flawless campaign execution and adherence to required standards
Troubleshoot any issues related to campaigns, from creative to delivery
Demonstrate a strong sense of urgency
Follow Ad Operations workflow and guidelines while suggesting process improvements
Qualifications:
1+ years of Ad Operations or programmatic experience, with a strong understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem
Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously with a high degree of accuracy
Familiarity with online advertising, marketing concepts, and media metrics
Adaptability to evolving responsibilities and last-minute changes
Strong attention to detail
Experience with CM360, Pinterest, Meta, and TikTok is a plus
Proficiency in Excel
