Key Responsibilities



Greet and welcome guests while providing an exceptional first impression of the clinic. Manage client appointments, phone inquiries, and online bookings in a courteous and efficient manner. Explain treatments and products effectively to assist in closing sales and to secure bookings. Maintain accurate records and handle confidential client information with professionalism. Support the team with administrative tasks, payments, invoicing, and client documentation. Educate clients on available treatments, promotions, and skincare products. Keep the reception area organized, welcoming, and well-presented at all times. Assist with clinic promotions, events, and marketing activities as needed.

Qualifications



Previous experience as a Receptionist or Front Desk Coordinator (preferably in a spa, salon, or medical aesthetics, or dental setting). Strong communication and customer service skills with a polished, professional demeanor. Proficient in scheduling software, email, and office systems. Fast learner and tech-savvy. Highly organized, punctual, and detail-oriented. Positive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Availability for some evenings or weekends as required.

Schedule & Compensation



Full-time or part-time positions available 8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday Weekend availability as needed Hourly rate: $17.20-$25.00/hr based on experience Additional bonuses and employee discounts on products and services
