Job Description
Duties
Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Using Procore for the technical and financial management of projects. Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets effectively. Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices throughout the project lifecycle. Facilitate communication among stakeholders to keep all parties informed of project progress. Provide technical guidance and support to team members as needed. Perform risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to address potential challenges.
Qualifications
Red Seal ticket in Plumbing Proven experience in mechanical project management Proficiency in Procore Strong mechanical knowledge Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to apply logic in complex situations Effective communication skills for collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders Attention to detail A proactive approach to anticipating problems before they arise
