Mechanical Project Engineer

Job Description
We are currently seeking a motivated Mechanical Project Engineer to join our small business.
Responsibilities:
- Review and study manufacturability on client design with factories
- Work with factories and provide sales with part costings
- Oversee production progress to ensure quality and meet delivery schedules
- Receive, inspect, and ship parts
- Actively communicate with all parties
- Operate an SLA 3D printer as needed after being trained
Requirements:
- Fluency in both English and Chinese
- Degree or diploma in Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering or similar
- 1+ years in plastic prototyping and mass production
- 1+ years in CNC and sheet metal prototyping and mass production
- Proficient in at least one 3D modeling software, e.g. SolidWorks
- Committed to QC with strong knowledge in QC processes
- Knowledge in GD&T
- Good communication skills in verbal, written, and visual
- 9:30 am to 4:30 pm in-office, Monday to Friday, plus additional time as needed--including evenings, mornings, or weekends--for out-of-office communication with suppliers and clients on time-sensitive issues.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $70,000.00 per year
