Mechanical Project Coordinator
Job Description
SUMMARY:
The project coordinator will work under the supervision of the project manager, and will be responsible for aiding with the execution of planning, organization, management, and control of multiple construction and renovation projects simultaneously in both residential and ICI mechanical projects.
The candidate must be dynamic, of adaptive nature and motivated, having a solid understanding of project management in construction, specifically mechanical; plumbing, HVAC etc. Applicants must also be able to deliver within the restraints of scope, quality, time and cost to deliver specified requirements and customer satisfaction. Time management, excellent organizational skills and willingness to adapt to in house processes is crucial.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:
