We're currently looking for a

Project Coordinator

to join our team at the Richmond Center Project.

As a

Project Coordinator

, you will lead the pursuit of major mechanical construction projects from concept to proposal. You'll be the technical expert, trusted collaborator, and project leader that clients, consultants, and teammates count on.

Reporting to the Project Manager, the

Project Coordinator

will assist them by managing the logistical details of assigned projects by processing paperwork and maintaining files. The ideal candidate will be diligent in document control and enthusiastic about expanding their knowledge of the mechanical construction field. Reporting to the Project Manager & Construction Manager, the Project Coordinator will:




Submit, track, and distribute RFI's, shop drawings, site instructions, and drawings via Procore/Email with site staff, trades, BIM team and project stakeholders. Process project RFI's and be able to create and follow up on Mechanical RFI's. Process project site Instructions, issue to trades, vendors and the site team. The coordinator shall be able to interpret the instructions and assist with preparing any estimates/quotes for the Project Manager to review and submit. Manage site safety documentation for all staff and sub-trades. Assist the Site Project Manager & Site Superintendent/Foreman with various activities, including progress photos, testing reports and QA/QC. Work with the Project Manager, BIM team and other project team members to resolve internal and external site coordination issues through Revizto, Navisworks and other various virtual platforms as required. Engage and assist with the site management team and tracking of the PMP project pre-fabrication schedule. Assist and engage with the site Logistics team and coordinate with suppliers for equipment/material deliveries. Participate in the QA/QC and commissioning process to assist with project closeout. Be responsible for preparing Operations and Maintenance manuals and other project close-out documentation. Suggest methods to improve PMP operations, processes, efficiency, and service delivery to both internal and external customers. Manage basic project correspondence, organize project files, and issue documents to the correct parties who need the information. Help to secure permits and book inspections when required. Conduct site visits and prepare a progress report for the Project Manager to review for Billing purposes. Prepare documents for O&M Manuals when required. Prepare LEED documentation if required. Update project and department logs Maintain a favourable working relationship with all employees to promote a cooperative and harmonious working environment. Attend and participate in project meetings as required. Provide project management backup as required. Participate in LEAN construction culture. Perform other duties as required.

Proven work history as a Mechanical Project Coordinator. Ability to maintain good working relationships with personnel of other departments. Ability to communicate clearly and concisely in writing and orally. Technically proficient, detail-oriented, and committed to quality. Strong communicator who builds trust and fosters positive working relationships. Guided by honesty, integrity, and accountability in all professional interactions. Steady under pressure, with the ability to support the team through tight timelines and shifting priorities. Committed to team success over individual recognition, with a willingness to follow leadership direction and support colleagues wherever needed. Invested in continuous learning, sharing knowledge, and helping others grow. Holds a diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field, such as Project Management. Proficiency in technologies such as Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, Revizto, Revit, AutoCAD, Procore, Microsoft Project and Navisworks. Legally entitled to work in Canada.

Compensation: $70,000 to $100,000 (DOE) + 100% Company-Paid Health & Dental Benefits + 5% RRSP + Life Insurance + LTD + AD&D, Corporate Phone.
