We are currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric

Mechanical Project Coordinator

to join our team.



- Attend project kick-off meetings as required.

- Assisting the Project Manager with all administrative functions and processes as required.

- Ensuring that the team adheres to provided timelines, deliverables, and documenting progress as required.

- Compiling, organizing, and filing all project documentation for the Project Managers.

- Communicating plans, actions, risks, and issues with key stakeholders as required.

- Assisting with the day-to-day activities including reading takeoffs and acquiring quotes from suppliers.

- Ensuring documentation is updated throughout the length of the project.

- Preparing and updating project binders for site as required.

- Collaborating with team members to solve any issues that may arise during the project.

- Promptly notify the site of any change notices along with communicating the appropriate documents.

- Following-up and building relationships with the General Manager and other stakeholders as required.

- Preparing close out documents at the end of the project.

- Build and maintain positive relationships with vendors.

- Analyzing project data and producing progress reports.

- Eager to contribute to the expansion of the company.

- Acquire up-to-date technical knowledge.

- Conduct price checks on product invoices to ensure accurate billing.

- Site visits as required.

- Other duties as required.

Requirements and Qualifications



- 1-2 year of experience in a similar role (preferred)

- Experience in commercial construction (preferred)

- Experience using Trimble AccuBid (preferred)

- Mechanical Engineering Technology Diploma or similar training.

- Proficient Microsoft Office skills

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Ability to meet deadlines in the face of shifting priorities

- Reliable, self motivated, and goal driven

- Strong team player with an ability to work independently

- Strong blueprint reading, and mathematical skills

- Ability to influence others to action

- Strong customer service skills with a safety mindset

- Ability to learn, apply, and adapt quickly

Pay: $45,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
