Job Description
Job Overview
We're looking for someone who can take the lead in the shop and handle day-to-day mechanical maintenance on our equipment. Most days will be spent in the shop performing repairs, servicing, diagnosing issues, and keeping everything running smoothly.
Some days will also be required to assist with field work as needed.
Duties
Mechanical repairs and service on farm equipment and trucks (shop and Field repairs*)
Lead hand in the shop -- keeping things organized and running well Basic welding and fabrication as needed Equipment checks, oil changes, greasing, and general maintenance Troubleshooting Keeping maintenance records up to date Operating tractors, loaders, or trucks when needed Helping with odd jobs around the yard
