Primary Objective: Responsible for the development and management of assigned project work during all phases, from inception through planning, design and construction, in accordance with the project scope, schedule and budget. • 3 - 5 years of relevant work experience. \xe2\x80\xa2 New grad with relevant co-op and academic work experience \xe2\x80\xa2 Background developing construction documents using AutoCAD and/or Revit \xe2\x80\xa2 Familiar with bid and tendering process \xe2\x80\xa2 Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools including Excel, Word, Project and PowerPoint \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience working with customers and client base \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience working in a team based environment \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience in site investigations and construction review is considered an asset. Required Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. \xe2\x80\xa2 Proven ability to meet deadlines/successful completion of deliverables.
