Exciting opportunity to join a growing client of ours in the R&D product development space.
JOB DUTIES:

• Working on a project-based team focused on NPD activities including design, prototyping, and testing.
• Communicating with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure manufacturability of products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments, including Electrical, Software, Systems, and Manufacturing.
• Engage in and contribute towards design verification and validation activities.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• 5+ years of experience as a Mechanical Engineer in an R&D environment.
• Bachelors Degree in Mechanical, ability and willingness to pursue P.Eng required.
• Strong knowledge and experience with plastic injection molded part design.
• Must have designed 3-5 injection molded parts of complexity.
• Proficiency in using SolidWorks for design.
• Demonstrated experience working with external vendors and suppliers.
• Strong understanding of design control and associated V&V (Verification & Validation) activities.

The pay range for this position is $96783.00 - $118145.00/yr. Workplace Type
