:Senior Mechanical Engineer (P.Eng)Calgary, ABAre you an experienced Mechanical Engineer ready for a new challenge? Our client, a leading EPCM company in Calgary specializing in small to medium-sized oil and gas processing projects, is seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer to join their dynamic team.Role Overview: As a Senior Mechanical Engineer, you will work closely with the Mechanical Engineering Manager and the projects team. Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing detailed engineering drawings and designs

• Developing and reviewing technical documents and vendor packages

• Managing engineering lists, specifications, and requisitions

• Ensuring compliance with industry codes, standards, and client requirements

• Collaborating with multidisciplinary project teams

• Developing Construction Work Packages (CWPs)

• Reviewing and approving deliverables from other engineers

• Conducting field trips to client locations and fabrication shops (approx. 10%)

Requirements

• 7-15 years of Mechanical EPC experience

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Mechanical Engineering

• P.Eng registration with APEGA

• Knowledge of ABSA and AER requirements

• Standard First Aid and H2S Alive certifications are an asset

• Valid Alberta driver\xe2\x80\x99s license

• Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Office applications

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently

• Effective communication and team leadership skills

• Basic knowledge or willingness to learn CSA Z662, ASME B31.3, and API standards

• Oil and gas experience is advantageous
