The successful candidate will support one of our clients at the head office in the Saskatoon, Saskatchewan area (located within Treaty 6 Territory), with occasional trips to sites in Northern Saskatchewan and Ontario.

The Mechanical Engineer is responsible for:

Performing mechanical engineering design work on various projects. You will also act as the Engineer of Record for issued drawings, specifications, data sheets, engineering lists and construction packages. The successful candidate will also work with mechanical designers for CAD work in support of the development of 3D models and 2D drawings. Develop and revise technical specifications, work on the scope of supply, Material Take Offs to support capital cost estimation, Bill of Materials for procurement, and construction work packages.

Requirements

• Intermediate (4-9yrs)
• Experience with sizing, selection, and specification of major mechanical/HVAC equipment, building services, industrial ventilation, and exposure to process pumping equipment, process piping design, process vessels, tanks will be an asset.
• Knowledge of applicable design and or construction codes and standards.
• Bachelor\'s Degree in Engineering
• P.Eng. Designation
