Cette position est pour un Scripteur dans l'industrie aerospatiale. L'entreprise est situee a Longueuil . L'entreprise est l'une des plus grande dans son industrie et vient d'avoir d'enormes nouveaux projets! Cette opportunite sera pour travailler sur l'implementation d'une nouvelle technologie lie a la metrologie.
Description des taches:

• Utiliser Python pour automatiser les taches de metrologie : analyse de la definition des pieces, creation d'un projet d'inspection dans un logiciel commercial, generation de rapports.
• Collaborer avec d'autres programmeurs pour le developpement de logiciels : utiliser Git et GitHub, participer a la revision du code, effectuer des tests d'applications et les publier.
• Comprendre les logiciels de metrologie commerciaux comme GOM/Polywork et l'acquisition de donnees metrologiques comme le scanner/CMM.
• Interpreter les dessins 2D et 3D, se familiariser avec le tolerancement geometrique (GD&T), comprendre les normes et definitions internes du client.
• Collaborer avec d'autres groupes pour offrir la meilleure application d'inspection automatisee par balayage. Travailler avec l'ingenierie et la fabrication pour comprendre les exigences en matiere d'inspection et de rapports.

Requis:

• Baccalaureat en Ingenierie (Mecanique, Mecatronique, Automsatisation) avec 3+ annees d'experience
• Experience avec Python
• Experience avec Tolerancement et Dimensionnement Geometrique (GD&T)

This position is for a Scripter in the Aerospace industry. The company is located in Longueuil. The company is one of the biggest in it's industry and just recently got new big projects! This opportunity will be to work on the implementation of a new technology related to metrology.
Description of the tasks:

• Use Python to automate metrology tasks: parsing of part definition, creating inspection project in commercial software, generating reports.
• Collaborate with other programmers for software development: use Git and GitHub, participate in code review, perform app test and release.
• Understand commercial metrology software like GOM/Polywork and metrology data acquisition like scanner/CMM.
• Interpret both 2D and 3D drawing, get familiar with Geometric Tolerancing (GD&T), understand the client's internal standards and definitions.
• Collaborate with other groups to offer the best automated scan inspection application. Work with Engineering and Manufacturing to understand inspection and reporting requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor in Engineering (Mechanical, Mechatronics, Automation) with 3+ years of experience
• Experience with Python
• Experience with Geometrical Tolerancing and Dimensioning (GD&T)

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $38.00 - $48.00/hr.
