The Role:
As a
Intermediate Mechanical Engineer
, you'll play a key role in designing and optimizing advanced mechanical components and systems for our state-of-the-art testing equipment. From initial concept to production-ready machines, you'll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop groundbreaking solutions for the materials testing industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Design innovative mechanical systems using CAD software (SolidWorks).
Collaborate with electrical, software, and manufacturing teams for seamless product integration.
Conduct engineering calculations, simulations, and design validation.
Document design specifications, assembly instructions, and technical reports.
Troubleshoot design challenges during prototyping and production.
Continuously seek and implement design improvements for better performance and cost efficiency.
What You Bring:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (or related field).
5+ years of experience in mechanical design, particularly in automation or materials testing.
Proficiency in SolidWorks and experience with FEA tools.
Deep understanding of mechanical principles, materials science, and manufacturing.
Problem-solving mindset and keen attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills for clear technical documentation and teamwork.
