Description du poste
Gerez les projets de conception de produits des clients depuis le concept initial jusqu'a la production du produit fini. Evaluez les exigences de conception pour les projets et concevez des solutions pour mettre en oeuvre la personnalisation du client. Integrez les solutions d'un point de vue electrique et/ou structure aerienne. Determinez les donnees requises pour les exigences de conception. Concevez des produits en utilisant Catia V6 et/ou le logiciel CHS. Modifiez les conceptions existantes si necessaire. Emettez tous les documents necessaires dans Enovia pour la liberation des packages d'ingenierie. Assistez le personnel de fabrication dans le processus d'installation. Completez des projets et taches speciales assignes par le Chef de groupe.
Responsabilites

• Les principales responsabilites incluent l'eclairage, les systemes audio/visuels pour passagers, les systemes de communication, l'alimentation electrique et d'autres integrations de systemes electroniques.
• Concevez des solutions innovantes sur Catia V6 pour soutenir la personnalisation du client.
• Interagissez avec les ingenieurs de conception et d'installation de cablage.
• Soutenez le developpement et l'amelioration des outils et processus d'ingenierie pour soutenir les initiatives de reduction des couts.
• Fournissez des solutions d'ingenierie pour les demandes de service a la clientele liees aux modifications.
• Presentez des informations techniques d'ingenierie, des modifications d'ingenierie et l'etat du projet au Chef de groupe.

Competences Essentielles

• 5+ ans d'experience en conception d'installation electrique
• CATIA
• Aerospatial

Competences Supplementaires & qualifications

• Diplome technique en ingenierie aerospatiale, mecanique ou electrique
• Baccalaureat en ingenierie
• Conception d'installation electrique

Evaluate the design requirements for the projects and design solutions to implement the client's customization. Integrate the solutions from an electrical and/or airframe aspect. Determine what data is required for design requirements. Design products using Catia V6 and/or CHS software. Modify existing designs as needed. Issue all necessary paperwork into Enovia for the release of engineering packages. Assist manufacturing personnel with the installation process. Complete special projects and tasks as assigned by the Group Lead.
Responsibilities

• Primary areas of responsibility include lighting, passenger audio/visual systems, communication systems, electrical power and other electronic systems integration.
• Design innovative solutions on Catia V6 to support the client's customization.
• Interface with wiring design and installation engineers.
• Support the development and improvement of engineering tools and processes to support cost-saving initiatives.
• Provide engineering solutions for Modification-related Customer Support Service Requests.
• Present engineering technical information, modification engineering, and project status to the Group Lead.

Essential Skills

• 5+ years of electrical installation design experience
• CATIA
• Aerospace

Additional Skills and Qualifications

• Technical degree in aerospace, mechanical or electrical engineering
• Bachelor's of Engineering
• Electrical installation design
