Actalent est \xc3\xa0 la recherche d\'un concepteur m\xc3\xa9canique pour notre client dans l\'industrie a\xc3\xa9ronautique pour une opportunit\xc3\xa9 \xc3\xa0 long terme dans la r\xc3\xa9gion de Montr\xc3\xa9al.

Responsabilit\xc3\xa9s:

• 80 % de temps pass\xc3\xa9 \xc3\xa0 effectuer des t\xc3\xa2ches de conception CAD (Focus 3D design (structure primaire, consoles, escaliers, etc. ); quelques dessins 2D d\'assemblages de t\xc3\xb4lerie et de pi\xc3\xa8ces usin\xc3\xa9es pour la structure du simulateur.)
• Travail de la t\xc3\xb4le, des pi\xc3\xa8ces en aluminium
• Validation de la conception client externe
• Application des avis de modification technique (ECN)
• Interfa\xc3\xa7age avec la production vers la fin du cycle de d\xc3\xa9veloppement pour qualifier les exigences
• Documentez toutes les modifications avec le syst\xc3\xa8me de gestion du cycle de vie des projets Windchill PDMLink 10.1
• \xc3\x89l\xc3\xa9ments structurels : panneaux, consoles, murs, sols, etc.

Qualifications:

• DEC en g\xc3\xa9nie m\xc3\xa9canique ou baccalaur\xc3\xa9at en g\xc3\xa9nie m\xc3\xa9canique
• 1 \xc3\xa0 10 ans d\'exp\xc3\xa9rience en conception m\xc3\xa9canique
• CREO ou CATIA ou Solidworks ou NX
• Exp\xc3\xa9rience avec la t\xc3\xb4lerie dans le transport ou l\'a\xc3\xa9rospatiale

Actalent is looking for an Mechanical Designer for our client in the aerospace industry for a long term opportunity in the Montreal area.

Responsibilities:

• 80% time spent doing CAD Design tasks (Focus 3D design (primary structure, brackets, stairs, etc.); some 2D drafting of sheet metal assemblies and machined parts for the simulator structure.)
• Working with sheet metal, aluminum parts
• Validation external client design
• Applying Engineering Change Notices (ECNs)
• Interfacing with production towards end of development cycle to qualify requirements
• Document all changes with project lifecycle management system Windchill PDMLink 10.1
• Structural elements: panels, brackets, walls, floors, etc.

Qualifications:

• DEC in Mechanical Engineering or Bachelor\'s in Mechanical Engineering
• 1+ years mechanical design experience
• CREO or CATIA or Solidworks or NX
• Experience with sheet metal in transport or aerospace
