Description
Our client are seeking a Mechanical Designer with proficiency in Creo Parametric to support design activities in a product development environment. The Mechanical Designer is responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams to create 2D and 3D models of equipment and subassemblies.
Requirements

• Engineering degree or diploma from an accredited technical college (in drafting, CAD, or mechanical)
• 5-8 years of experience in a manufacturing or product development environment.
• 2-3 years experience with Creo Parametric.
• 2-3 years experience with PDM/PLM systems.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical and structural design, along with drafting best practices.
• Knowledge and understanding of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $55.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Burnaby,BC.
