Duties & Responsibilities
Create Concepts and develop detailed designs for both large and small-scale projects
Generate and review drawings, calculations, and other documentation
Prepare drawings, schematics, reports and proposals as required
Prepare specifications for COTS components; find and evaluate suppliers
Work with project team to ensure on-time project completion
Assist in system assembly, integration, and troubleshooting
Strive to ensure quality and timely delivery of finished products to clients
Required Skills & Experience
Machine and mechanisms design
Working knowledge of drive and actuation technologies
3D mechanical design
Mechanical assembly skills
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Technical documentation: specifications, requirements, test plans/reports, operator manuals etc.
Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
Proven ability to meet deadlines/ successful completion of deliverables
Analytical, thorough, resourceful and detail-oriented
Team and customer service-focused
Self-motivated, hardworking, flexible
Thorough working knowledge of Solidworks software
Desirable Skills & Experience
Experience in the subsea industry
Robotic systems design experience
Shop experience (forklift, scissor lift)
Analytical skills - Matlab, Mathcad

The position will be beginning in January 2026.
