Mechanical BIM Coordinato

r to join our team.



- Developing mechanical drawings based on project scope.

- Assisting the Project and Operation team with all necessary drawings.

- Keeping track of project drawings and being updated.

- Prepare sleeving and coring drawings for plumbing, HVAC, and sprinkler systems.

- Prepare fabrication and Spooling drawings.

- Coordinate with engineers, shop and construction operations to meet fabrication and constructability requirements.

- Create RFI when required.

- Prepare as built drawings.

- Attend discussions with clients regarding drawings and installation.

- Eager to contribute to the expansion of the company.

- Acquire up-to-date technical knowledge.

- Site visits as required.

- Other duties as required.

Requirements and Qualifications

- Must have solid experience of using REVIT and a knowledge of MEP fabrication and spooling.

- 2 years + of experience in a similar role (preferred)

- Experience in commercial/Hi Riser residential construction (preferred)

- Knowledge of engineering drawings, layouts, and blueprints.

- Ability to understand plumbing, HVAC, and sprinkler systems equipment / materials shop drawings.

- Mechanical Engineering Technology Diploma or similar training.

- Proficient Microsoft Office skills.

- Knowledge of mechanical construction codes is an asset.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Strong team player with an ability to work independently

- Ability to learn, apply, and adapt quickly

- Strong problem-solving skills

- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

- A positive 'can-do' attitude.
