Mechanical Assembly Technician - Manufacturing

Monday - Friday, 8/9 Hour Shifts

We are a rapidly growing manufacturer specializing in heavy-duty generators, heaters, and power distribution systems. We are seeking a dedicated Mechanical Assembly Technician to join our team immediately.

What You Bring (A Must-Have):

Experience (2+ Years Minimum):

You must have

2 or more years of relevant hands-on experience

in a

Manufacturing or Construction

environment.

Tool Proficiency:

Proficient and safe use of various

hand and power tools

(drills, drivers, wrenches, torque tools, etc.).

Aptitude:

A strong passion for

mechanical assembly

, structural fit-up, reading blueprints, and ensuring components are built to precise specifications.

Reliability:

You are punctual, team-oriented, and ready to commit to a full-time, Monday-to-Friday schedule.

What You'll Do & Learn:

This is a dynamic, hands-on role where you bring mechanical components to life.

Structural Assembly:

Execute complex mechanical tasks, including fitting, bolting, and assembly of heavy-duty frames, engine bases, and exterior enclosures.

Quality & Precision:

Work closely with engineering drawings and blueprints to ensure precise mechanical operation and high-quality construction from start to finish.

Process Improvement:

Actively contribute ideas to improve safety, efficiency, and quality on the manufacturing floor.
