Mechanical Assembler \xe2\x80\x93 Senior Quickmill requires motivated individuals to join our Manufacturing Team. You will work as part of a Team on New Machine Projects from sub-assemblies to the complete build and testing of these large CNC Machines. You will contribute to the success and innovation of a small Technical Team within an entrepreneurial environment. Job involves following assembly procedures, considerable fitting, aligning, and adjusting to strict tolerances as required. You will be responsible for the following key elements of this position:

• In-house Lead on new machine build projects.
• Communication on job/project status to Management and Sales.
• Perform installation of new and used CNC machining centers.
• Ability to Troubleshoot and Repair Electrical, Mechanical, and Hydraulic systems.
• Retrofit/Upgrade legacy CNC equipment at customers facilities.
• Contribute to the research and development of new products and process\xe2\x80\x99 related to the CNC machine building industry.

Wages: $ 30.00 - $ 34.00 / Hr.
