Overview
We are seeking a skilled Shop Mechanic with Welding Skills to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical background and experience in heavy duty automotive repair.
Duties
- Oversee the repair and maintenance of vehicles
- Ensure quality control and adherence to safety regulations
- Diagnose complex mechanical issues and provide guidance on repairs
- Welding when required
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a mechanic or in a similar role
- Proficient in using power tools, hand tools, and diagnostic equipment
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks
- Strong mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills
- Leadership abilities with excellent communication skills
- Welding skills
