About Us

Grizzly Auto Centre is a fast-growing mechanic shop known for quality service, honest work, and a customer-first attitude. We specialize in tires, oil changes, suspension, and general repairs. We're now looking for a reliable, social, and experienced Shop Manager to lead our team and help elevate the customer experience.

Your Role:

As our Shop Manager, you'll be the go-to person for both customers and technicians. You'll make sure the shop runs smoothly, efficiently, and professionally every single day.

Main Responsibilities:

Manage daily shop operations and ensure workflow is organized and efficient. Greet customers, listen to their concerns, and provide accurate repair estimates. Record customer info and job details into the system. Allocate jobs to technicians based on skill and availability. Track sales and record all shop expenses accurately. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and handle any issues professionally. Ensure cleanliness and professionalism of the shop environment. Assist with sourcing parts or managing supplier communication if needed.
Who You Are:

We're looking for someone who is organized, personable, and tech-savvy, with a passion for cars and leadership.

Required Skills & Experience:

Strong customer service and communication skills. Solid knowledge of automotive repairs and shop processes. Management or supervisory experience in a mechanic or automotive shop. Comfortable using shop management software and digital tools. Ability to multi-task and stay calm under pressure. Experience in providing quotes and understanding repair labor/time estimates.
