Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge and hands-on experience with both hand and power tools. This role is critical in maintaining and repairing machinery, ensuring optimal performance and safety standards are met.

Duties

Diagnose mechanical issues and perform repairs on various types of Construction Equipment and Farm Equipment. Conduct routine maintenance checks to ensure machinery operates efficiently. Utilize hand tools, power tools and welder to complete repairs and installations. Maintain accurate records of work performed, including parts used and time spent on repairs. Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot complex mechanical problems. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment.

Requirements

Proven mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in diesel and hydraulic repair and maintenance. Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools effectively. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose issues quickly. Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in mechanics or related fields are a plus. Pay: $28.00-$43.00 per hour
