As a Mechanic in Training (MiT), you will work as part of a crew installing and dismantling hoists on high rise construction sites. If you are a self-starter with mechanical aptitude and like working with your hands, we want to hear from you.

What you will do:

Travel to various job sites and work as part of a crew

Install, maintain, and dismantle construction hoists at various high-rise projects

Operate hand and power tools

Ensure safety and communication are prioritized

What you bring:

Previous high rise construction experience

Mechanical, electrical or carpentry experience

Ability to travel to construction sites

Strong communication skills

Ability to work at heights and outdoors year round

Positive attitude and a willingness to learn

Nice to have:

Working at Heights Certification

MiT or related Certification

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $28.00-$38.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 45 per week
