Key Responsibilities
Support the Production Team
+ Perform meat cutting, trimming, weighing, and packaging according to production plans.
+ Operate cutting, mixing, filling, sealing, and vacuum packing machines.
+ Ensure adequate supply of raw materials and packaging materials.
Ensure Food Safety and Quality
+ Follow HACCP and workplace safety procedures.
+ Ensure products meet required standards (weight, appearance, labeling, etc.).
+ Report any issues with materials or equipment.
Maintain Equipment and Work Area
+ Clean and maintain production equipment.
+ Keep work areas organized and sanitary.
+ Wear proper protective gear at all times.
Other Duties as Assigned
+ Assist with loading, unloading, and warehouse tasks.
+ Support other production lines when needed.
+ Attend training and safety meetings.
