The Meat Manager is responsible for the efficient operation of the department.
This individual will lead and manage staff to achieve the highest level of customer service, while abiding by all Food Safety Protocols, Standard Operating Procedures, Health and Safety standards, as well as corporate policies.
The Manager is responsible for ordering and maintaining inventory and shrink, watching product rotation, creating department schedule, product presentation and merchandising, etc.
They will coach, motivate and develop their team to foster customer loyalty, fulfil customer needs and actively contribute to an environment of employee and customer engagement.
This is a full time (40 hours/week, consisting of 5x 8hour shifts) position which offers benefits and vacation pay.
