Job Description
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
To come to work with a positive, professional approach and attitude. To be dependable for all scheduled shifts. To provide outstanding courteous customer service. Packages, wraps, displays and prices meat products and assists customers with large or special orders. Using knives and other carving tools and equipment to cut, fillet, and trim meat/fish and seafood for sale to customers. When assigned, to be responsible for the receiving, inspecting and storage of merchandise. To adhere to association policies and procedures relating to the maintenance, sanitation, and safety of all association assets. To ensure proper meat preparation is achieved and maintained. To prepare instore made products such as sausage and hamburger patties. Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must have strong interpersonal skills and enjoy working with the public. Possess meat cutting experience and/or received an education in meat cutting. Honest, trustworthy, and results-oriented Must be available to work mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
