Job Description
Our busy client is a purveyor of fine meat products and they are looking to add another team to their Production Line and to help with trimming fresh meat! Located in SE Calgary, this position requires a dedicated, self-motivated, and enthusiastic person who is open to learn and can work at a fast pace.
Responsibilities:
- Handle fresh meat products
- Handling cutting devices under direct supervision
- Prepare the product for packaging and shipping
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment
- General warehouse tasks as required
- Physically capable of standing for long periods
- Able to lift loads up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable working in a cooler environment
- Able to work with pork and beef products
- Able to work in a fast-paced, repetitive environment
- Steel-toed boots are required and all other PPE is provided
- Able to work alongside a diverse team, and assist as needed
- Understanding of Tagalog and/or Viet would be well-regarded
