Opening/Closing:
To complete all opening and closing procedures as per schedules.
Guest Service:
To help ensure outstanding courteous Guest service is provided at all times.
Policy & Procedures:
To help ensure all Policies & Procedures are adhered to in accordance with Interlake Co-op Policy & Procedures manual.
Attendance:
To be dependable for all scheduled shifts.
Merchandising:
To prepare, wrap, price and stock product as required and assigned.
Maintenance
: To engage in the proper & safe use of equipment and report any breakdowns to the Meat Manager.
Inventory:
To replenishment inventory as required in accordance with production sheets, to remove all merchandise not fit for sale and to keep proper mark-down reports.
Administrative:
To be responsible for knowing the operation and administrative requirements of the department.
Housekeeping:
To be responsible for maintaining housekeeping standards for the department at all times.
Other duties as required.
