Job Description

We have a great opportunity for an ambitious technician to join our team. As a full-service supplier to fertilizer and propane industries, we're looking for a technician to perform LPG, Liquid Fertilizer, and NH3 meter service and calibrations.

What You Bring to the Table

Measurement Canada ASP Technician designation or in-progress

Experience servicing meter systems and/or LPG or NH3 delivery equipment

Ability to obtain Transport Canada Inspector certification

Mechanical and mathematical aptitude

Strong technical problem-solving skills

Positive and reliable team player

Reliable, self-motivated individual committed to quality

Ability to lift heavy materials

Driver's license and smartphone required

Set of basic tools required

Must be clean shaven to wear respirator as needed

Overtime, weekend work and travel to customer sites required

Commitment to working safely

What You'll Do

Perform meter inspections, proving, calibrations and repairs at various customer locations

Assist in performing pressure vessel maintenance and repairs as required

Use hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment to perform tasks

Prepare inspection, maintenance and work reports, and record work details

Liaise with customers regarding service requirements

Follow corporate safety policies and initiatives

Perform maintenance and repairs on equipment and tanks

Perform general service work and repairs in the shop and the field

All other duties as required
