Located in the heart of Sturgeon Falls, Ontario, West Nipissing General Hospital is looking for a reliable, hands-on MDRD Technician / Porter to join our Medical Device Reprocessing team. What You'll Do

In this varied and active role, you will:Clean, prepare, and sterilize medical instruments and equipment Operate sterilization equipment such as autoclaves Deliver and replenish linen and supply carts throughout the hospital Transport patients and equipment safely and respectfully Support daily hospital operations by keeping equipment moving where it's needed most Follow hospital policies and safety standards at all times

What We're Looking For

You don't need years of experience -- we're happy to support the right person who is eager to learn.Ontario Secondary School Diploma (or equivalent) Medical Device Reprocessing Techniques Certificate or proof of enrolment (This certificate can be completed during employment) Member in good standing with the Medical Device Reprocessing Association of Ontario (MDRAO)
