 Pre-cleaning and high-level disinfecting of flexible endoscopes in the GI MDR reprocessing area both decontamination and clean reprocessing. Set-up and cleaning of GI procedure tables. Turnover of the procedure rooms. General tidying of the department. Monitoring supply levels and ordering and stock procedure rooms with supplies as necessary. Other duties as required. 
 You will be responsible for ensuring that the Medical Device Reprocessing Department provides reprocessed items to patients and clients throughout the organization in a manner that adheres to guidelines and standards set by organizations such as CSA (Canadian Standards Association), PIDAC (Provincial Infections Diseases Advisory Committee), CSAO (Central Service Association of Ontario) and Health Canada. The MDRT is also responsible for effectively communicating with the clients in the workplace in order to ensure all their reprocessing needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
