JOB SUMMARY

Interacts with the management team while leading and directing global Enterprise Data Technology activities in coordination and collaboration with the enterprise data management office. These activities include the development of processes, staffing allocation plans in support of corporate objectives, and direct supervision of Enterprise Data Technology operations within the enterprise data management office.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Participates in business and technology planning activities.
• Actively participates in the ongoing development and evolution of MDM
• Partners with business, application, data, and technology clients to integrate information and applications to leverage Master Data Management services solutions\'
• Create data mappings and integrations between source systems and master data solutions
• Create necessary documentation including system specifications, test plans, architecture diagrams, and other documentation needed for GXP validation.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree in computer science or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience with Reltio Master Data Management or other MDM technologies
• Experience in Data Quality and data profiling solutions with Oracle EDQ or similar data quality products.
• Experience with Finance and ERP solutions preferably Oracle Cloud ERP/HCM)
• Comprehensive experience in this data engineering with strong analytical skills and the ability to combine data from different sources.
• Extensive experience in SQL working in multiple DBMS systems or Big Data Platforms with large volumes of data.
• Knowledge of cloud-hosted applications and technologies is a plus.
• The ability to handle multiple tasks to meet deadlines in a high-stress environment.
• Outstanding organizational, communication, presentation, documentation, analytical, Project Management, and interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to lead offshore development resources.
• Experience in a Contract Research Organization or Pharmaceutical/Biotechnology company is a plus
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
