Organize and lead a sales team consisting of leaders and sales representatives.

Provides leadership in training, coaching, communications and performance evaluations.
Experience in recruiting and building a sales organization. Excellent human relations and communications skills.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Bachelor's Degree/equivalent.
Significant professional experience in commercial/industrial sales required including demonstrably successful management experience. Formal leadership experience in a sales organization required.
Proven ability to achieve revenue goals within an assigned region through effective performance management/leadership of sales leaders, professionals, and support staff.
Ability to plan, organize, direct, and control activities in support of FedEx sales strategies.
Strong written, verbal, and virtual communication skills.
Ability to create and implement solutions to drive efficiency and effectiveness into the Field Sales organization.
In the province of Quebec, must be bilingual (French and English)
