This position shift is 12:00pm to 8:00pm.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESUnderwriting & Customer Service Identify, address and resolve broker inquiries and problems regarding the NauticLife, product, underwriting guidelines and online quote tool Interpret policy wordings to accurately address coverage questions Understand product benefits and limitations to effectively promote the product Answer 80% of phone calls in 20 seconds Less than 5% of calls missed/dropped after 20 secondsProcessing

  • Process renewals, new business, endorsements, cancellations and reinstatements in the appropriate systems in accordance with approved processes
  • Handle incoming paperwork and requests in accordance with service level agreements
  • Maintain database of policyholder information
Follow-ups Respond to brokers in a timely and professional manner, follow up on outstanding documents as required 99% of email/faxes/mail requests responded to within 2 business days 100% of voicemail returned by the end of the business day on which it was receivedOther projects
