We are looking for a new team member to join the MD ExO Direct team. MD ExO Direct is MD\xe2\x80\x99s digital investment service offering, affording clients a low cost, managed investment solution that is customized based on their financial objectives and preferences, coupled with access to dedicated support.
How You Will Contribute:
Reporting to the Manager, MD Exo Direct, as a Digital Wealth Associate, you will be responsible for upholding the MD brand promise by providing the highest possible standard of client service for both internal and external clients. You will play a key role prioritizing and responding to written and verbal customer account and system inquiries, trouble shooting, and ensuring issue resolution within established timeframes. You will also play a key role in onboarding and developing the client base.

  • You will actively respond to client requests regarding MD products and services with an eye to ensuring an optimal client experience.
  • You will recommend appropriate solutions to transaction and other administrative issues and ensure accurate administration of all client transactions and compliance requirements, minimizing risk and expense to the company.
  • You will be responsible for the review and approval of managed account applications (MD ExO Direct), ensuring completion and accuracy of the applications and will update the online managed account program to ensure suitability of recommendations.
  • You will ensure compliance with all industry regulations and MD Financial program and process requirements
  • You will play a key role in achieving established team targets and referral programs.

  • A desire to learn \xe2\x80\x93not only to further your knowledge of MD financial programs and process requirements, but also issues impacting the financial affairs of MDM\xe2\x80\x99s clients, including current market conditions, interest rates, income tax, investment trends and products and other financial industry news and regulations.
  • Confidence \xe2\x80\x93 in yourself, in MD\xe2\x80\x99s products, in asking for the business.
  • Proficiency with technology and digital communication platforms.

What you Need:

  • University Degree or College Diploma
  • Completion of all Regulatory Courses necessary to obtain and maintain RR Licensing
  • Demonstrated client service experience within the financial services industry
  • Extensive knowledge of Financial Services rules and regulations

Fluency in Canada\xe2\x80\x99s two official languages is an asset.
