Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and efficient Fast Food Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, ensure food quality and safety, and maintain a clean and welcoming environment. This role involves direct interaction with customers, food preparation, and cash handling, contributing to a positive dining experience for all guests.

Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately using POS systems such as Micros POS Prepare food items according to company standards, ensuring proper food handling and sanitation practices Operate cash registers, handle cash transactions, and process payments efficiently Upsell menu items to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, kitchen, and food prep stations in compliance with food safety regulations Manage time effectively during busy hours to ensure prompt service and minimize wait times Assist in stocking supplies and organizing workstations for smooth operations Follow all health and safety guidelines related to food industry standards and sanitation practices

Skills

Experience in food service or restaurant environment preferred Proficiency with POS systems such as Micros POS and cashiering procedures Strong customer service skills with a friendly attitude Knowledge of food preparation, handling, and safety protocols Excellent time management skills to handle high-volume periods efficiently Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction accuracy Ability to upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and sales performance Kitchen experience or food industry background is a plus but not required Good communication skills to interact effectively with team members and customers
