Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Fast Food Attendant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service while preparing and serving food items in a fast-paced environment. Your ability to manage time effectively and maintain high standards of food safety will contribute to an enjoyable dining experience for our customers.

Duties

Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately. Prepare food items according to established recipes and safety standards. Operate cash registers, handle cash transactions, and provide change as needed. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including dining areas and kitchen equipment. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures. Assist in inventory management by restocking supplies as necessary. Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during peak hours.

Skills

Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Experience in a restaurant setting is preferred but not required. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and order processing. Proficient in cashiering duties, including operating point-of-sale systems. Knowledge of food preparation techniques and safety standards. Understanding of food handling practices to ensure quality service. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
